Every category of the wedding
Vendor sections for venue, catering, decoration, photo and video, entertainment, wedding organizer, attire and MUA, rings, souvenirs and a catch-all Others — each with the fields that category actually needs, down to a Material dropdown on rings and trial makeup on Attire & MUA.
Then the fixed lists: seserahan and mahar, where you itemize rather than compare, and Administration, a paperwork checklist filed under Groom, Bride or Both.
Seserahan and Administration each seed themselves with a common Indonesian starting list in one click, pre-priced and editable afterwards. Sections you don't need can be hidden.
What you record, and what it costs
Per option: name, price, inclusions, capacity, location and maps link, phone, email, Instagram, website. Plus deposit and due date, how the balance is paid, tax, service charge and any flat fee on top.
Keep every tier a vendor quoted — a caterer's per-pax menus, a photographer's Silver / Gold / Platinum — each priced on its own, and pick one. Switch tiers and the section total, the budget strip and the linked expense all move with it.
They combine the way a real quote does: service charge first, tax on price-plus-service, flat fee last. Plus pros, cons, notes and photos by upload, drag or paste.
Venue, catering and decoration are often sold as one bundle, so an option in any of them can be marked as covering the other two.
Deciding together
Every option carries a status — Wishlist, Shortlisted, Agreed, Booked, Paid or Rejected — and its own Agree button. Everyone signs off individually, and the card shows their avatars and an “X of Y agreed” count.
Rejected options are hidden, never deleted, so you can bring one back. Marking something Booked or Paid takes you straight to the Expense tab, which keeps “we chose this” and “we've paid this” from drifting apart.
A small stack of avatars on a section tab shows which of your collaborators has that section open right now.
Money, in three views
Budgeting: your total budget and how it's funded, split across the bride's family, the groom's family and joint savings. Total pax lives here too — pull it from your live guest count in one click.
Savings: money set aside as it comes in, tagged by source, against each source's target. Expenses: every real payment — deposit, installment or paid in full — linked to the item that caused it. Several can sit against one item, so a deposit and its installments stay separate.
A compact strip of Total Budget, Committed, Remaining, Total Saved, Spent, and Savings Remaining follows you across every tab.
Fill with AI
Don't retype a quote — hand it over as-is: a website or Instagram link, the PDF they sent, or screenshots of the WhatsApp thread. Name, price, inclusions, capacity, contacts and payment terms come back filled in for you to check.
Multi-page quotes and several screenshots are read as one source, so a price on page three isn't missed. The original file stays on the option's card, reopenable months later.
On the Budgeting tab, AI suggestions weigh the options you entered against your budget and flag the risk. It only ever discusses vendors you added — it never invents or recommends new ones.
