Wedivo for wedding organizers
Every wedding you plan, with a margin on top.
Buy Wedivo plans at your organizer price, put them in the package you already sell, and keep the difference. No subscription, no minimum, nothing to pay until a couple signs.
Free to apply · You keep your existing account and weddings · No card required
0Monthly fee
No subscription and no seat count. Your only cost is a plan for a couple who has already signed.
1Login for all of it
Switch between every couple you manage from one account — no separate password per wedding.
~1Working day to approve
Send the form with your NIB document and we usually have your discount agreed the next working day.
What changes
You are already doing this work. You are just not being paid for it.
Most organizers buy the invitation from someone else, chase RSVPs in a group chat, and rebuild the seating plan by hand the night before. Every one of those is a line item you could be selling instead.
How it usually goes
With an organizer account
You order the digital invitation from a vendor at retail, for each couple.
You buy the whole plan at your organizer price and set your own selling price on top.
The invitation is a separate product with a separate login you don't control.
You are on the couple's team from day one, in the same dashboard they use.
RSVP replies arrive in WhatsApp and get retyped into a spreadsheet.
RSVPs land on the guest list that the seating chart and the door check-in already read.
The seating plan is a drawing, and one change means redoing it.
Drag a table on a canvas, and every seat card and table number reprints from it.
On the day you run the door with a printed list and a pen.
Guests scan a QR code, and the arrival list updates as they walk in.
Your digital offering ends when the couple's vendor stops replying.
Updates, uptime, and guest-facing support are Wedivo's problem, not yours.
The numbers
What it is worth per wedding.
Real plan prices, pulled live. Move the sliders to your own discount, your own selling price, and your weddings per year.
Your figures, not a promise. Plan prices are live; your discount is agreed individually and shown on your dashboard once approved. What you charge is yours alone — Wedivo never quotes your couples.
The setup
Four steps, and you never wait on the couple.
Have a couple's dashboard built and paid for before they have even heard of Wedivo. Nothing for them to install, configure or accept.
- 1
Add the couple
Their Google email, plus whatever you already have written down — names, wedding date, venue, parents' names, phone number.
About a minute. Everything except the email can be filled in later, and edited any time.
- 2
Choose their plan
Pick a plan at your organizer price, or build a custom bundle of exactly the credits and features this wedding needs.
Selecting is not paying. It records the choice and raises a transaction that waits for you.
- 3
Pay when they sign
Settle by QRIS, bank transfer, card, virtual account or e-wallet. An expired payment link is replaced in one tap.
Not a rupiah moves before this step, and nothing is owed if the couple walks away.
- 4
Send one link
Copy the invitation link, or send it straight to WhatsApp. The couple signs in with that Google email and the plan is live on their account.
You are already on their team as an assistant — there is no invite for them to accept and nothing for them to set up.
And then you run it
Managed Accounts is your roster: every couple as a card with their plan, their status, what you paid, what it would have cost them, and one button into their wedding. Overview totals it — spend, discount saved, and who still needs a payment or a link.
Why organizers switch
It is a product line, not a tool subscription.
Everything below is already built and running — the same dashboard your couples would use if they bought it themselves, with the reseller half switched on for you.
Your price, your margin
You buy at a fixed discount off list, agreed once. What you charge your couples is yours alone — Wedivo never quotes them and never sees your pricing.
Pay only when you close
No monthly fee, no seat count, no minimum order. You pay for one plan the moment a couple signs, and nothing at all in a quiet month.
Every wedding in one account
Switch between the couples you manage from a single sign-in. Guest list, seating chart, rundown and invitation are one click away, for all of them.
You look bigger than you are
Hand every couple a live invitation site, online RSVP, QR check-in and a shared photo gallery — part of your service, not a vendor they had to find.
Set up before they even sign in
Enter their details, pay, send one link. Their dashboard is ready the moment they open it, with their names and wedding date already filled in and you already on their team.
Nothing to install or maintain
It runs on Wedivo's infrastructure. Updates, uptime, backups and support for their guests are our problem, not yours.
A record you can show a client
Every purchase stores the regular price alongside what you paid, so your margin is a number you can read months later, not reconstruct from chat history.
The relationship stays yours
You are the one who set the wedding up and the one they call about it. Wedivo is infrastructure behind your service, not a brand competing for your couple.
Putting it in your price list
Three ways organizers sell it — pick the one your packages already look like.
The discount is the smaller half of the margin. The bigger half is that a digital wedding suite reads as a premium inclusion — and a premium inclusion moves couples up a package.
Fold it into every package
Wedivo is included in all your packages and never appears as a line item. You raise every package by a flat amount and describe what the couple now gets.
“Digital wedding suite included — invitation website, online RSVP, guest list, seating plan and QR check-in.”
Best when you sell two or three packages and compete on what is included rather than on price.
Every couple becomes a sale, and nobody declines an add-on they were never offered.
Sell it as a named add-on
A separate line on the price list with its own price. Couples say yes once they see what it replaces — three or four vendors they would otherwise have to find.
“Digital Wedding Suite — Rp ___. Invitation website + RSVP + seating + door check-in + shared photo gallery.”
Best when your packages are already tightly priced and you would rather not move them.
Highest margin per yes, and the easiest to trial — you can start on your next couple without touching your price list.
Make it the reason to move up a tier
Your entry package stays as it is. The tier above it includes the invitation and RSVP; your top tier adds the seating chart, check-in, photo gallery and photobooth.
“Silver — as today. Gold — everything in Silver, plus your invitation website and online RSVP. Platinum — plus seating, QR check-in and the photo gallery.”
Best when most couples currently pick your cheapest package and you need a reason for them to move up instead.
The upgrade pays for itself several times over, and the difference between tiers becomes something a couple can actually see.
What to say when they ask
Three sentences that do most of the work, borrowed from how organizers describe it in practice.
“Can't we just buy a digital invitation ourselves?”
You can — and then the guest list lives in one place, the seating in another, the door in a third. This is one guest list the invitation, the seating plan and the check-in all read, already set up in your name.
“What if we don't need all of it?”
Then we start you on a smaller plan. I can pick exactly the pieces this wedding needs rather than a fixed bundle — you are not paying for a photobooth at a forty-guest reception.
“Who looks after it?”
I do. It is part of what you are already paying me for. You will get a link to your own dashboard, and I will already be in there with you.
Practical notes
What it looks like in practice
Two worked examples.
Both are illustrations built from real plan prices and ordinary organizer volumes — not case studies of a particular business.
Illustrative example — not a specific customer
A four-person organizer, around 20 weddings a year
Before
A digital invitation bought from a separate vendor for every couple, RSVPs chased in a WhatsApp group, the guest list retyped into a spreadsheet. A change the day before meant redrawing the chart from scratch.
After
One Wedivo plan per couple at their organizer price. RSVP, seating and door check-in run off the same guest data, so nothing gets retyped. They present it as a “digital wedding suite, included” and add Rp 450.000 to the package.
The result
Roughly Rp 9.000.000 of added package revenue across the year, a little over half of it margin — and the night-before seating scramble replaced by dragging a table on a canvas.

A solo organizer, around 6 weddings a year
Before
Every couple was referred to an invitation vendor and that was the end of it — no margin, no control over the timeline, and a support question the organizer still ended up answering.
After
The invitation becomes a named add-on on the price list. Four of the six couples take it; the ones who do are also the ones who stop asking who is tracking the RSVPs.
The result
A new line of income from work that was already happening, and a service that reads as a bigger operation than one person with a laptop.

What your couples get
The whole product, under your service.
Which of these a couple gets depends on the plan you choose for them. The invitation itself is in every plan, including free.
Each one has its own page, with the real thing running on it — worth opening before your next client meeting.
